• Multipol est un réseau international et interdisciplinaire de chercheurs et d’experts en droit international et relations internationales, provenant de milieux professionnels divers, tels que la justice internationale, la diplomatie, la recherche et la fonction publique internationale. Depuis sa création en 2006, Multipol a connu une audience grandissante. Le réseau fonctionne sur la base du volontariat de ses membres. • New additions to the UN Audiovisual Library of International Law (AVL) (28 April 2023). The Codification Division of the Office of Legal Affairs recently added a new lecture to the UN Audiovisual Library of International Law: a lecture on "The End of an Armed Conflict under International Law", by Mr. Dustin A. Lewis, Research Director, Program on International Law and Armed Conflict at Harvard Law School. 
• New additions to the UN Audiovisual Library of International Law (AVL) (28 February 2023).The Codification Division of the Office of Legal Affairs recently added the following materials to the UN Audiovisual Library of International Law: a lecture on State Silence in International Law, by Ms. Danae Azaria, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Laws of University College London; a resources page for the 2023 editions of the Jean-Pictet Competition; a lecture on The Role of Nuclear Law in the Use of Atomic Energy for Peace and Development, by Ms Peri Johnson, Legal Adviser and Director of the Office of Legal Affairs at the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA); an Introductory Note on the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, New York, 13 December 2006, by Michael Ashley Stein, Visiting Professor at Harvard Law School and Co-founder/Executive Director of Harvard Law School Project on Disability, and Janet E. Lord, Senior Fellow for Harvard Law School Project on Disability, Senior Legal Advisor, Special Rapporteur on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, and Adjunct Professor of International Law at University of Maryland Carey School of Law.
• New additions to the UN Audiovisual Library of International Law (AVL) (31 January 2023). The Codification Division of the Office of Legal Affairs recently added the following materials to the UN Audiovisual Library of International Law: a lecture on Sexual Violence and other Gender-based Crimes in the Jurisprudence of International Criminal Courts and Tribunals, by Ms. Valerie Oosterveld, Professor, Associate Director at the Centre for Transitional Justice and Post-Conflict Reconstruction at the University of Western Ontario, Faculty of Law; and an Introductory Note on the Declaration on the Rights of Persons Belonging to National or Ethnic, Religious and Linguistic Minorities General Assembly resolution 47/135, New York, 18 December 1992, by Heiner Bielefeldt, Professor at the University of Erlangen-Nürnberg, and by Michael Wiener, Human Rights Officer at the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights.

The Codification Division of the Office of Legal Affairs recently added the following materials to the UN Audiovisual Library of International Law: a mini-series on International Criminal Law, by Ms. Paola Gaeta, Professor of International Law at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies; a mini-series on International Investment Law, by Ms. Chiara Giorgetti, Professor of Law at the Richmond Law School and Senior Fellow at the International Claims and Reparation Center, Columbia Law School; and two lectures entitled Selected Issues on the Right to Reparation of Survivors of Conflict-Related Sexual Violence and Temáticas relevantes en materia de derecho a la reparación para víctimas de violencia sexual en conflictos armados, by Ms. Clara Sandoval, Professor at the School of Law and Human Rights Centre at the University of Essex, Professor at the Geneva Academy and Director of programmes at the Global Survivors Fund.
• New additions to the UN Audiovisual Library of International Law (AVL) (2 December 2022). The Codification Division of the Office of Legal Affairs recently added the following materials to the Mini-Series of the UN Audiovisual Library of International Law: a new lecture entitled "Self-Defence and 'Unwilling or Unable' States", by Mr. Said Mahmoudi, Professor of International Law at Stockholm University and two lectures entitled "The Legal Status of Cyberspace under International Law" and "The Use of Force in Cyberspace" by Mr. Nicholas Tsagourias, Professor of International Law at the University of Sheffield.
• CIJ : le 4 novembre 2022, l’Assemblée générale et le Conseil de sécurité de l’Organisation des Nations Unies ont élu M. Leonardo Nemer Caldeira Brant comme membre de la Cour internationale de Justice, avec effet immédiat. De nationalité brésilienne, M. Brant succède à Antônio Augusto Cançado Trindade, décédé le 29 mai 2022. Conformément à l’article 15 du Statut de la Cour, M. Brant achèvera le mandat de son prédécesseur, qui venait à expiration le 5 février 2027.

The Codification Division of the UN Office of Legal Affairs recently added the following material to the UN Audiovisual Library of International Law: a Mini-Series on Diplomatic and Consular Relations by Alina Miron, Professor of International Law at the University of Angers, France (available in French). 
• New additions to the UN Audiovisual Library of International Law (AVL) (6 September 2022). The Codification Division of the UN Office of Legal Affairs recently added the following material to the UN Audiovisual Library of International Law: a lecture in English entitled "Due Diligence in International Law" by Professor Samantha Besson and a lecture in English entitled "The Meaning of War in International Law" by Professor Andrew Clapham.
• New additions to the UN Audiovisual Library of International Law (8 August 2022). The Codification Division of the UN Office of Legal Affairs recently added the following material to the UN Audiovisual Library of International Law: a mini-series on the "Peaceful Settlement of International Disputes" in Spanish by Professor Marcelo Kohen, a lecture on "The Responsibility of Armed Non-State Actors in Armed Conflicts" in English by Dr. Annyssa Bellal and a lecture on "Privileges and Immunities" in Spanish by Professor Ricardo Arredondo.
• New addition to the UN Audiovisual Library of International Law (20 June 2022). The Codification Division of the UN Office of Legal Affairs recently added the following materials to the UN Audiovisual Library of International Law: a lecture on "Relevance and Usefulness of International Humanitarian Law: The Laws of War Today", in English, by Helen Durham.
• New additions to the UN Audiovisual Library of International Law (10 June 2022). The Codification Division of the UN Office of Legal Affairs recently added the following materials to the UN Audiovisual Library of International Law: a Mini-Series on International Environmental Law in English by Professor Edith Brown Weiss, and a lecture by ILC member and Special Rapporteur, Ambassador Juan Manuel Gómez Robledo on "Guide to Provisional Application of Treaties", available in English, French and Spanish.
• New Lecture on Refugee and Asylum Law at the UN Audiovisual Library of International Law (5 April 2022). The Codification Division of the UN Office of Legal Affairs recently added new materials to the Lecture Series of the Audiovisual Library of International Law: A Lecture entitled “Refugee and Asylum Law: Towards the centrality of Human Rights” by Professor Cecilia Bailliet of the University of Oslo.
• Observance of International Women’s Day at the UN Audiovisual Library of International Law (8 March 2022). In observance of International Women’s Day, the Codification Division of the UN Office of Legal Affairs launched a lecture, in English and Spanish, by Professor Cecilia Bailliet on “Women Refugees and Gender Persecution” / “Mujeres Refugiadas y Persecución de Género”, addressing the challenges that affect refugee women and girls.
• Professeure honoraire au Collège de France et membre de l’Académie des sciences morales et politiques, Mireille Delmas-Marty s’est éteinte le 12 février 2022. Sa disparition a suscité de nombreux hommages, notamment parmi les universitaires, magistrats, avocats et politiques, qui ont salué une juriste brillante et visionnaire, ainsi qu'une inlassable défenseure des libertés publiques. Sa pensée à la recherche d’un droit universalisable propose des repères pour une gouvernance mondiale apaisée et solidaire. Nos pensées et condoléances vont à sa famille et ses proches. 
• Médiathèque de droit international des Nations Unies (12 janvier 2022). La Division de la codification du Bureau des affaires juridiques des Nations Unies vient d’ajouter les ressources suivantes à la Série de conférences du site web de la Médiathèque de droit international des Nations Unies : une conférence par Paolo Galizzi sur “Air, Atmosphere and Climate Change” (en anglais) ; et une conférence par Claudio Grossman sur “Reparations to Individuals for Violations of International Human Rights Law and International Humanitarian Law” (en anglais).
